Terms of Service
These terms apply to every account that registers for and uses HustlyTasker. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
Acceptance of terms
By registering for and using HustlyTasker ("the Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. HustlyTasker is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to secure your account. You must:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access
- Comply with Vietnamese law when using the Service
Plans and payment
HustlyTasker operates on a paid subscription model. Using the Service requires an active plan — activated via bank transfer payment, a trial code, or a gift code issued by HustlyTasker.
- Pricing
- Listed on the "Plans & Billing" page in the app, priced in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Any USD reference price shown is for comparison only, converted at a rate published by HustlyTasker that may be adjusted quarterly.
- Payment
- Bank transfer via QR code. There are no automatic charges — at renewal, you'll receive a reminder email and pay manually. The amount due is the one shown when the payment code is generated.
- Storage limit
- Calculated from the size of files currently visible in your account (files in trash don't count).
- Fair use
- Each plan includes a monthly video-processing minute allowance (listed on the pricing page). If usage stays over the limit for an extended period, we'll reach out before applying any restriction.
- Mid-cycle upgrades
- The remaining days on your old plan are converted at a prorated value and applied to the new plan (rounded in your favor).
When a plan expires
Plan is active
Full functionality, no restrictions.
Expired — first 30 days
Read-only mode: you can still view and download all your data.
After 30 days
The account is locked; data is retained and restored as soon as the plan is reactivated.
No refunds are issued for unused time, except where the fault is ours.
Acceptable use
You may NOT:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to sabotage, hack, or disrupt the system
- Copy, resell, or redistribute the Service
- Upload content that infringes copyright or is harmful
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the Service
Intellectual property
The data you create (tasks, comments, files) belongs to you. HustlyTasker only has the right to store and process it in order to provide the Service. HustlyTasker's source code, interface, and brand are our property.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
After 30 days of inactivity, data may be permanently deleted.
Limitation of liability
HustlyTasker is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the Service will always operate without interruption or error.
HustlyTasker's maximum liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the most recent 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, including Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and related regulations.
